You have a sterling silver box with a Birmingham hallmark for the assay year 1909/10 and the maker’s mark of Nathan & Hayes (George Nathan & Ridley Hayes), a Birmingham company.

Any idea of any value if any

It will certainly have some value as it is silver. Actual value will depend on the weight of silver and size of the box so you could get a rough idea by checking out Ebay’s “sold” listings. You won’t find anything exactly the same but you should find something of the same sort of age and size.
