I have managed to determine that they are Stirling Siler however I could do with some assistance with the year of manufacture and an estimated worth if possible please

Your sterling silver spoon and tongs were assayed in Sheffield in 1905/06 ( Sheffield Date Letters ). The design was registered in 1891 ( British Registry Date Numbers - at 925-1000.com ) so theoretically they could have been made any time between then and the end of the assay year in July 1906. However it is highly unlikely that M&W would have left them on a shelf unassayed so July 1905 to July 1906 is the answer.
Boxed sets of 12 spoons with tongs are selling on Ebay for around £150.
