I have this set of fish knives and forks given to us about 45 years ago.
I wonder if anyone an help me on the marks?

FH is Francis Howard Ltd, a Sheffield company and the target symbol is their trademark. EP stands, of course, for electroplate and the A signifies plating quality where A1 is normally top quality. There is no objective measurement for these quality symbols - it is down to each individual company to make the judgement themselves.
