Mauser Silver Bowl
I have a Silver bowl from my Grandmother, a Mauser i think. I have attached a photo of the bowl and the mark which is a unicorn facing left, with Mauser MFG, New York, and the word Sterling 952/1000 FINE, and the number 1797 under it…there is another number on the bottom as well, 2821, not sure what that is, it is much more clear and regular than the 1797 number. It is an oval shaped bowl with strawberries all around the rim.
I am not sure of its history or value and would love to know. PS I have not polished it yet!
