Meaning of mark

First picture are all the marks.
I believe it is from Elkington & co.
The H stands for 1870.
Am I right?
The second picture is the one I do not know.
Does anyone know the meaning of this?

silver mark

Thank you

Yes that is an electroplate mark of Elkington & Co of Birmingham with their private date letter code which may be for 1870.

The mark which you don’t recognise is supposedly a Design Registration mark (DRM). However the components of the mark are nonsense (see here for how to read a genuine DRM) and it would appear that Elkington made this mark up to look like a DRM. Interestingly if you look at this page which shows Elkington’s dating system and click on the H under 1870 you will see exactly your mark.
