Measuring spoon - 800 silver

I would like help identifying these 2 hallmarks, please. I took the photo at an angle and then rotated it, as in the lower hallmark there appears to be a “B”.

I bought this spoon in a super different format and I believe it is a measuring spoon or a medicine spoon for children. Due to the yellow color, I believe it is 800 silver, as I have never seen items with higher percentages look like this.

I cleaned the hallmark a little more and I was able to see under the microscope that it is not a “B” in the lower hallmark but “833” at the bottom.
