Minature Silver Fork

Hi everyone! I am new to this site so can somebody help me please. I no absolutely nothing about silver hallmarks. The fork has markings that I could not get clarity when taking pictures. The markings under a magnifying glass show AL Ltd, anchor, lion and letter G.

This fork might be Aldie & Lovekin Ltd made in Birmingham. The period is still unknown.

If it’s a Birmingham hallmark and if the date letter is upper case G then it is 1931.

Thank you ever so much. Any ideas as to what it is used for? It is very small. Length 2
3/4".
