More Help Appreciated

Off small tea spoons, no city mark but company is George Smith (III) & William Fearn from what I could discover, also is that George 3rd with a date of 1790? Would anyone have accurate information and value of each spoon?
Many Thanks

Yes, Smith & Fearn, London 1790. Georgian Old English pattern tea spoons are currently selling on the well-known auction site for about 10 GBP.
