Mystery Continental Silver Tea and Coffee set

Greetings, I recently obtained a solid silver tea and coffee set in Belgium and I am trying to decipher the hallmarks located on the bottom of the set to figure out the maker, assay year, and country of origin. The pieces of the set are eight-sided geometric shaped with wooden handles that indicate an art deco style. The bottom of each piece of the set contains a hallmark stamp of A835 and another mark that is difficult to determine. The Belgian antique dealer indicated that it was German circa 1930’s. However, it seems possible that it could be Belgian maker Wolfer Freres since they produced a similar style tea set. Can anyone assist me with identifying these marks? Or direct me to a good resource?

Thank you!
