I have a small antique English silver serving piece that has three hallmarks. One appears to be Brittania, one is illegible and the third I cannot identify. Any thoughts as to what the hallmark, with the circles, signifies?
All I can say at the moment is that this is almost certainly not British. Can you post a picture of the serving piece and its marks, including the illegible one. It isn’t necessary to zoom in so much - a smaller clearer picture is much more use than a larger one which is out of focus.
