Need help for spoon ,identifying origin and maker of this whine cooler

Hello, I’m new and nrmally a don’t speak or wrote English . I’m 59 yeas old andf rom Belgium ,region Brussels. I fount in Italie some Beautiful items and I’m not sure the item is very valuable or just valuable ! So , I have taken some photo’s and i’m very curious about yous imput. Its my first post so if i have post it wrong please give me some advice for this all.

I have buy the whine cooler in Italy from an old man for only €15 . The last days I have buy 5 other items that I think it will be silver and I hope it will somethime massiv

At last I will say that the cooler is more gold for the color but I have read taht Silver can oxidated in that color… (Italy - SEA -Sald ??)

It weight : 750 gram

The bottom is special … When I take a magnet it works a little bit but only for the bottom.

I hope that ther is one original and that is the cooler from me.

What i found special is that whit that gold color evrythime i cleam with a product for silver my paper is really black , everythime again… I will let it test by a juwelery for sure. But with the false ones it is naturally not sure that my cooler is really silver. Thanks for your answer so soon.
