The “EP” mark shows that this is electroplate and not silver. It was manufactured by James Dixon & Sons of Sheffield.

As it is electroplate it has no value due to silver content. Its actual value will depend upon your local market conditions, but in the UK I don’t think that it would sell for more than 10-20 GBP.
