Hi,
can anyone identify this silver maker? The mark is on a golf ball bottle opener.
Thanks.
Whole item photo, please.
Many thanks Bartholomew.
It could indeed also be TJF or JFT.
I think the engraving KGT on corkscrew / stirring spoon was added later (promotional gift?) and has nothing to do with the maker. The seller from Etsy is Dutch like me so it could be Dutch or Belgian although it lacks some markings of Dutch silver (lion, Minerva)
3 * 2 * 1
Too much combinations, but I’ll try.
THE NETHERLANDS SILVER AND GOLD HALLMARKS (1953 TO PRESENT)
If it were in English, I would guess “Something Golf Tournament.” Not sure how that works out in Dutch or German.
Thanks a lot Bartholomew.
I tried to take a picture of that marking but I can’t… it’s too small. Under the magnifying glass it looks like the letter M (which makes sense for Dutch silver) but I’m not sure. I need to find a better magnifying glass
That’s a great idea Jeff. It make sence. It could be “Klarenbeeks Golftoernooi”
Golf Tournament in Dutch is Golftoernooi but I saw on their website that they call it KGT.
I’m going to look into it
Thanks
