Need help identifying Italian Silver

I need help identifying an old piece of silver item, could be a pendant or a medallion. Would appreciate any thoughts on the age and worth.

I believe this item isn’t silver. It’s only made in Italy.

Part of a pendant or a necklace, but certainly cheap jewelry. As for value, it’s literally worth nothing unless it’s silver, but from the looks of it and the marking it’s definitely not silver, I’m 99% sure.
