Need Help With Identifying a Teapot

I have a Teapot. Not sure what it is made from
I am hoping somebody can help me with what these markings means.

Hi Ashley,
This may not help much but I think your tea pot may be pewter. The reasons are first the marks are not like any silver marks I’ve seen, importantly no obvious measure of fineness e.g. lion passant for sterling or a number such as .925 again sterling. Also doesn’t look like a silverplate mark, I’m no expert on plate marks. The traditional pewter marks had the monarch’s initials VR (Victoria Regina) and a number indicating place of manufacture, although I don’t think any great care over policing the location existed. the pewter society may be able to help, if indeed it is pewter.
