Need help with some silver hallmarks

So I have two forks, one with the marks close and one with them spread out and they look like Dutch 1865, but I cant figure out the other marks (pic 3). The first pictures I have are the marks of a set with about 12 forks and spoons. They all have the same marks except some have an N for the date mark and some have O (pictured are N) and only one of them has the 83 on it like in the picture. i have looked all over the internet and cant find the mark on these silver pieces. Please help with any info that you can, Thank you

The mark that looks like a tree is a town mark for the city Den Bosch, Netherlands.

Thank you very much, it does make sense for it to be from there. Any ideas about the date on them? the N looks like none of them on 925-1000.com and there is the crown over the letters on my pieces. Any thoughts on the TM? makers mark i assume?

You’re welcome.

That might be Thomas van Meervoort of 's-Hertogenbosch, which the Dutch call Den Bosch.
Active during the second half of the 18th century.

The additional marks might be the result of being reassayed at a later date.
Just speculating here. I’m not an expert on Dutch silver.

Very interesting, I will look into it. Thank you so much for your help snuffer
