I belive this is french silver but can’t tell what marks they are.
The second one looks like Minerva but have no clue what specifically it is.
Can you help me with these?
The first image does appear to be Minerve, and indicates .950 purity. See the illustration at top right of the “large guarantee” marks, and the photo at bottom left here:

Minerva head for French silver, 950 standard, used until 1972. Maker’s mark VD not listed in either of the sites which I normally look to for information (silvercollection.it and 925_1000.com).

My searches for the VD mark also came up empty. I wonder what the little symbol is - it looks like an upside-down chamber pot! But it might be some sort of play on words, like the WMF ostrich logo. That could help identify it.
