need help with these marks

i can not find any info on these marks. They come off a sterling silver vase. I am told it is sterling silver at least. Any info would be of great help to me

its silver all right - I dont know from where but its somewhare in the middle east.

thanks ill have to keep looking for the maker. I am really curious on how old it is and what the value might be. I can’t seem to find any info on the makers mark

I think it’s Iranian/Persian. The punch at the bottom of your picture, when inverted, has the Arabic numerals for 84 (according to this site) which equates to .875 silver.
