Need Helps for Hallmarks on Silver Overlay Perfume Bottle

There are two rows of hallmarks. The top row looks like S/5 and L? The left one at the bottom looks like Vesoul(2nd from bottom)? Couldn’t identify the other two. Very curious to learn the origin of this piece. Appreciate any help!

The row of 3 marks is a Sheffield silver hallmark with the rose mark of the Sheffield assay office (in use from 1975), the Britannia mark indicating 958 standard (or above) silver and the date letter O of 1988. SL is the sponsor’s mark of Sileda Ltd, a company whose mark I have previously seen on a silver base of a glass paperweight and also on a perfume bottle.
