hi, i don’t have a picture because i don’t have a camera, i have a piece of cutlery which has a hallmark on the back, it says W & H S F with W&H inside a flag, i know you might not be able to help without a picture i just wanted to know if it is actually real silver.

This is a silver plated piece by Walker & Hall, Sheffield. That is the W&H S part of the mark. The F is a date letter code, but without a picture to establish which F it is, it could be one of many dates.
