Hello, this is the first time I have seen one of these, its a silver case with folding scissors inside about four inches in length. It is hallmarked london stirling silver 1921 inside the casing and has JC Vickery 177to183 Regents Street scribed on the side of the outer casing. On the other side of the outer casing is REG No 685616.
I have done some reading on the net but I cannot find anything that matches this piece, could anyone help with more onfo on this and an approx value?
