Please see the pictures. This nutcracker has 4 markings, the first is the letter A, the 2nd seems to be a Crown, the 3rd I’m not sure and the 4th has the letters PS inside a shield. Does anyone recognise these markings? The other thing of interest is the design on the handle.
Difficult to see, but I think they are close plated by William Prime.
Do you know anything else about the date and or history of manufacture of these nutcrackers?
