Old scissors… help identify please

My partner came across these scissors buried in the ground, I’m intrigued to find out what they actually are and how old, and also whether they are silver or silver plated

The decoration indicates that they are grape scissors. I can see no marks on them and I am sure that if there were any you would have included pictures. We can therefore conclude that they are not silver. Your pictures show a gold colour on the surface. Is this real or a trick of the camera? In any case the coating is probably some sort of plating rather than paint.

There is two marks on it on that says C and one that has the initial GR or CR
is there any particular way to date them?

There is no way of dating these unless you can work out what the marks mean. From your latest picture the composition appears to be steel. There is probably no particular interest in identifying such manufacturers.
