Oneida Hallmark on Tray

This silver tray has the Oneida hallmark and USA but nothing indicating it’s silverplate unless the OL means overlay.

No wear through anywhere just tarnished.Any thoughts most welcome.[img]

OL stands for Oneida Ltd, a name which the company adopted in 1935. If this were silver it would be marked as sterling so we have to assume it is, at best, electroplate.
