The Diana head mark looks like the Austro-Hungarian mark for 900 standard silver from 1867 onwards (see here), but I have doubts if only because of the 925/000 and sterling marks which suggest a higher standard. Also the reference doesn’t list a town for the O part of the Diana mark.
