Help! Oval basket, hallmarks are a lion and also the letters I I S L in what looks to be a clover shape. Any one have an idea on what it could be?
We definitely need a picture here but it could be the mark of John Langford & John Sebille who were silversmiths in London c1760-1770 (London Makers Marks - II-IL).
