Paisley hallmark?

I have two silver spoons and I’m having trouble identiying the hallmarks. I originally thought they were from Birmingham from the anchor mark but recently read that the anchor on it’s side could be a Paisley mark. This would make sense as my family is from Paisley.
Can anyone help?

No, not Paisley. This is a Birmingham mark - the dates are 1897 (x) and 1899 (z) and the maker is Joseph Gloster. The Birmingham hallmark cycle for 1875 to 1899 normally had the anchor on its side.

Thanks for your help!
