Partial Maker/Silversmith Mark On Napkin Ring Hallmark

I have a napkin ring that has had the pattern of the ring stamped over some of the maker’s/silversmith mark. I know it’s Birmingham 1921 but just cannot find the name. Can anyone help please? Thanks in advance
