That is what it looks like. I was trying to research yesterday and the results stated that as the 925 is in an oval cartouche it could be Austro-Hungarian. That was using a blurry image mind.
Using the clearer image above it says it isn’t Austro-Hungarian, so I have no idea.

And it dates from later than 2000 as it does not have a date letter, date letters being optional on British silver from then.
