trying to value my double ended marrow scoop with the markings for phillip rollos ll 1802-1803 london brittania standard marks
any one have an idea of its value ?

The dates you quote are completely wrong for Philip Rollos II, who entered his first mark in 1705. For an idea of value I suggest that, once you get the identity sorted out, you check out Ebay’s completed auctions feature ("marrow scoop" for sale | eBay). A Britannia standard marrow scoop by Benjamin Watts c1710 is shown there as having sold for £280.
