Here is a plate on copper vegetable server with cover. I have tried to identify the mark and maker, but no luck. Anyone recognize the maker or have an idea of time period of the piece?

Here is a plate on copper vegetable server with cover. I have tried to identify the mark and maker, but no luck. Anyone recognize the maker or have an idea of time period of the piece?
W & S Blackinton of Meriden, CT. One site tells me they were founded in 1865 with silverplate production from c1938; another says they were purchased by Raimond Silver Mfg. Co in 1966. So that gives you a date range.
