Would you be kind please to tell me if this lovely tiny spoons in brown case are silver or plated? When was this made and how much, if any, is the value of these lovely pieces?

They are, at best, plated and not silver. Had they been solid silver they would have had a full set of hallmarks. The manufacturer is James Deakin & Sons Ltd, a Sheffield company. Current selling prices on Ebay for a boxed set of electroplated coffee bean spoons range from 5 to 15 GBP.
