Please anybody can identify this





It looks as if a couple of attempts at applying the mark have been made here with parts overlapping. I would hazard a guess that the original set of letters may have been EPGS which stands for electroplated German silver, German silver being an old name for the base metal alloy now known as nickel silver.

If it’s electroplated then it won’t be worth much. But I am not completely certain that it is EP due to the damaged marks.
