It’s on the back of a brooch.
From the sword with the 835 it is most likely Dutch from no earlier than 1953. Try this link Dutch Hallmarks - Encyclopedia of Silver Marks, Hallmarks & Makers’ Marks.

The shield I’m puzzled. It is rather indistinct looks like quadrants with an “M”. Happy researching
