Please could someone identify this hallmark.
It’s depicted on each of a set of 12 dinner forks owned by my parents. They were my grandmother’s and we’d be really interested to know their origin.

Strictly speaking this is a trademark rather than a hallmark. It shows that the forks are electroplate (EP in Old English script) and were made by Philip Ashberry & Sons of Sheffield. The A shows the plating quality (not as good as A1, but better than B1, B, etc).
