I came across this knife and can’t find those hallmarks in any databases. Please help
The mark on the front is the maker’s initials: T H J(?)
The mark on the back says ENGLAND
It’s silver plate. Do you see the bronze-y color of the tarnish? It’s a tell for silver plate.

Mark on the back ( i think ) says sterliNG, not ENGLAND…
