Please help identify silver and marks

I got this bowl from estate sale several years ago, trying now to appraise it, not sure if it is sterling silver and if it has historical value. The seller/previous owner(I believe she was from middle east) told me then that it was kept in the family for years and it could be an expensive item…Thanks!

Thank http://www.silvermakersmarks.co.uk/, he’s the boss here.

One of links shows similar 84 silver bowl - first photo attached. the thing is my bowl has some slightly pinkish areas over the surface, I am not sure could it be not solid 84 silver then, copper or plated one(second photo-my item)?

sorry for uneducated question though
thanks
P.S. OK, sorry looks like it can have that tone apparently, googled
" Yes, 84 silver can have a pinkish tone , but not as the intended color. This tone usually indicates a process called tarnishing or discoloration , which can happen due to various factors"
One last question, should I clean it somehow if decide to sell?

Do not clean, leave as is.
