I just bought this serving spoon and i would like to know if it is silver and if yes what kind and where from. Thanks for the help in advance.

It’s electroplate (EP), not solid silver. And HB&H is the Sheffield company Harrison Brothers & Howson. “A1” means that it is their best quality.
