Hi,
I will not be of much help but anyway I will try.
From right to left:
12 is probably silver grade (12 Loth = 750/1000),
the cow and wall is probably a city mark usually similar/identical to its coat of arms (German, Polish or other using Loth measure),
the last is the maker initials.

What does Loth mean? I had thought more about 12 as the year, 1912. I’m Brazilian, I don’t know this unit of measurement and Google didn’t help me with the Loth
