Please Help with identification Solid Silver or Plated

Hi, I hope someone can help. I have just found this I believe Bonbon Basket.
I have managed to identify as Martin Hall&co. I was just hoping someone could say if it is plated or solid silver and what date it was manufactured.

The lettering to the left, right, above and below Martin, Hall’s mark are EPNS = electroplated nickel silver. So it is plated, not solid, and has no dating information in the mark.
