Please help with these hallmarks

British Silver What is it?

I have a few serving spoons with hallmarks, Can anybody tell me what marks are they?

I am certain that this is electroplate rather than solid silver as the marks follow the pattern of Sheffield electroplaters’ marks. Unfortunately I cannot identify the maker. The marks date from before about 1895 when the use of the crown on electroplate was made illegal.

That is the mark of William Briggs & co. They were established in 1875 at 35 Andrew Street, Sheffield. Wjhich means that this must have been made between 1875 and 1895.
