I HAVE NOW LOCATED A COUPLE MORE HALLMARKS WHILE TAKING A CLOSER LOOK AT THE PIECE THEY ARE AS FOLLOW …
Halmarks are NEVER written. Handwritten or whatever.
I am sure that this is not silver but some kind of white-metal.
IF YOU WOULD VIEW NEWLY FOUND MARKS PLZ
I have seen them and they (initials) are makers mark. But I am still sure that it is not silver.

well that is because you show no hallmarks indicating silver.
Lion passent (UK), sterling(US), 3 towers(DK), catspaws(Sweden), star(Spain), half moon/crown(Germany) ets ets.
no guardein mark - nothing that indicates official control mark.
As long as it only has a makest mark the chance of silver is absolut minimal. There are some situations where we do not have official marks but nothing indiates that in this case.
