I know what a pounce pot is but I don’t know how to distinguish one from a pepper pot or spice pot. I hear some pounce pots, but not all, have concave tops to allow surplus pounce to run back into the pot and I believe the pierced holes are larger than for pepper or spice but that is not a clear distinction…
Can anyone add please?
