Pringle & Sons Demitasse spoon set

I just purchased this at an estate sale today. This is a 8 pc. demitasse spoon set made by Robert Pringle & Sons. The card information that was in the case (In what I believe is the original case) with it has the date of 1900 made in Birmingham England. There are 6 small spoons, 1 sugar tong, then 1 larger type spoon with holes in it. I thought perhaps it was used to steep your tea. I am not certain on the name of the larger spoon with holes.

I found out a little more information on these. They are called apostle spoons. And the larger spoon is called a sifter spoon.
