I don’t know what it is about coins but the Older and more detailed they are the more I appreciate them. This little Vicky shilling was absolutely filthy when it came out of the soil whilst metal Detecting and all I gave it was a soapy wash and a buffing with a silver cloth and Voilà , the resurrection of her majesty
