Query with hallmark

I have a silver snuff/pill box. As far as I can see it has Queen Victoria, lion and H&T marks, but there looks like a cross or T/cross and I can’t quite make it out. Can anyone help. I would like to sell it so need to find out its value too. Thanks

Thank you. Would you have any idea of value? It’s engraved in the top.

Dear Nita:

Your box weighing 128 grams is worth £255.00 scrap and at auction this slightly heavier table box sold for £600.00: plus the buyer’s premium:

The already cited example is from two years ago, March 2024 when silver spot was US24.56 for silver compared to US $90.89 today.

I realise the crudity of citing a three-fold increase in spot price to justify a concomitant hike in intrinsic value but that seems to be the reality.
