Red teapot with silver base

Can anyone help me identify these hallmarks? I am baffled because this appears to be a red-painted teapot with a silver base, which seems strange. I cannot find these hallmarks anywhere. There is a stamp under the lid that says “Sheffield.” If anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate hearing them. Thank you!

“EP” means “ElectroPlate”, the makers are Cooper Brothers & Sons, from Sheffield.

Just beaten to the answer by Bart with whom I agree completely.

And by about a minute faster than me. I would add that the reason you can’t find these hallmarks is that these aren’t hallmarks. Only sterling silver is hallmarked.
