I Have 2 Reed and Barton dinner knives. The handles are sterling sliver (Weight total 5 oz.). What is the worth of such knives? Also, what might the age be? Any replies will be much appreciated. Thanks
Hi there Jay and thanks for joining us. Your knives are R&B’s “Burgundy” pattern that was introduced in 1949. Phil Dries’ price guide shows those knives valued at $39 each and www.replacements.com shows them at $41.99 each. Both would be retail prices.
