I’ve come across these spoons with makers marks only, struck three times. The mark has a serifed P.R with a pellet. The usual sources for me seem not to yield much. Any ideas or insights on where to look or consider most welcome

@Bartholomew Yes provincial makes sense but I don’t think its Peter Ross - no pellet and the font is more serifed
