Strange hallmark - a tree with a bird on its top and a hanging bell?

Glasgow Assay Office records are held by Edinburgh but are very sketchy with a lot of identities missing. Hence this mark is unidentified - and probably unidentifiable.
I’ve already found this out, unfortunately.
